Yeedi has launched the vac 2 robot vacuum series with two models, the vac 2 and the vac 2 pro. Both devices can vacuum with 3,000 Pa suction power and mop with the ability to mimic hand mopping at five times the speed.
The company claims that the devices have industry-leading 3D obstacle avoidance technology. An optional self-emptying station has a 2.5 L dustbin, allowing up to 30 days of hand-free cleaning.
There are several differences between the vac 2 and the vac 2 pro, such as carpet detection, which is only available with the pro model. The pro also has a double battery capacity at 5,200 mAh, which can provide up to 240 minutes of cleansing; the basic model has a 2,600 mAh battery and a 110-minute runtime.
While both models have a 420 ml dustbin, the pro has a smaller 180 ml water tank than the 240 ml variant found in the basic model. Yeedi offers a swap repair scheme, allowing customers to swap a faulty unit for a new one within the warranty period. Plus, you can part-exchange your current yeedi vacuum for a new vac 2 pro.
You can buy the yeedi vac 2 for €349.99 (or US$349.99) and the yeedi vac 2 pro for €449.99 (or US$449.99. In the US and some European countries such as The Netherlands and France, Amazon is currently offering a US$90 or €50 discount coupon for the vac 2 pro.
